Affordable housing for a sustainable future.

BNCLT is a volunteer-operated affordable housing non-profit established in July 2023, with 12 board members, 50 CLT members, 460 individuals signed up for our monthly newsletter. We are united around our mission to strengthen the Bloomington Normal community through permanently affordable housing. Our board meetings are open to the members of the public, in which we discuss upcoming initiatives and tasks such as community initiatives, events, fundraising, grant opportunities, and new ways to expand our impact and connection with the community.
